Designers should always participate in product discovery, and I know a few secret ingredients for it.
I clarify the product visions by studying the business, applying design thinking tools, running user research and workshops activities, and prototyping.
Good designs solve problems, and an experienced designer anticipates them, speeding up the developments.
I design future-proof UI components and keep them consistent. I test the user flows and find the edge cases before the development starts.
The product design’s overall quality depends on having good processes in place.
I use my skills to design them light, usable, and practical to satisfy all stakeholders. I provide a successful design/product ops supported by tools for internal communication and alignment.
As Didomi acquired the Adtech startup Agnostik, I’m in charge of designing how to integrate its products into our suite.
Since the beginning, I worked shoulder to shoulder with the product owner, planning how to include the design processes within the agile squad. I researched, built prototypes, and performed quality assurance before pushing into production.
I moved to Paris and joined Didomi, Europe’s most used Consent Management Platform.
I helped the product team define product visions and translated such a vision into prototypes. I created the 1st design system of the company, designed the CTV apps, and all the UX prototypes of the current Didomi products. As first designer joining the company I introduced design practices and tools.
I was a product designer for Wizkey, a fintech/web3 startup. I designed the B2B blockchain application from the early concept to its 1st public release. A few Italian banks currently use the app.
I spent the year in Zurich as a consultant for Leonteq, a fintech corporation. I served as the UX lead in a scrum team led by Fabio Armani, One of the most eminent people in the Italian Agile scenery.
I co-founded Jack Magma and led its UX consulting business unit.
